One of the new features in the upcoming version of Keepmark will be the ability to plan tasks. Simple functionality, but it can change a lot in managing your tasks. There will be 3 fields here - scheduled task date, estimated duration and task deadline (the last one I decided to separate in order to mark out when we want to do a task from when it has to be done).
Scheduled tasks will be displayed on the “Focus” list when they are planned to be done or when the deadline is approaching - thanks to this they will not get lost among other tasks in different projects. In connection with the introduced Dashboards and Task List Widget, as soon as you open a given Workspace you will be able to see what to focus on first.
