In the upcoming Keepmark 1.15.0 I’m working on adding a more user-friendly action calling for Inbox. It will make it easier to decide what to do with the files coming into your workspace. There will be 2 actions under the documents list - removing the document or moving it to the repository.
The action may be executed for single or multiple files. When moving to the repository, you can also decide to keep the current location of the files or move them to a specific folder in the repository.
In the case of the delete action, the user must confirm whether he or she definitely wants to move the selected documents to the trash.
