I am currently working on improvements in document organization. Convenient file transfer within the repository was one of Keepmark’s weaknesses. As part of the work, the panel with the list of folders was replaced by a tree view, but other details were also improved.
Above the tree view there is a simple search engine that allows you to filter the folder structure based on the given phrase. Folder structure management has been moved to the context menu, which makes actions on folders more intuitive, although less visible than before.
I also added patches in Drag-n-Drop mechanism for documents. While dragging, you can preview the list of files, and before dropping, the place where you want to move files will be highlighted.
The tree view of folders is used also in other places - for example, in the document location selection window.
